Senior staff look at 25 critical measures representing key practice standards in each audit, ranging from the quality of risk assessment to the follow-up of paper work.
Our standards are tough. The ministry's quality assurance program is on the leading edge across the country and ministry child protection practices continue to improve.
Audits are subject to the removal of personal or confidential information as stated in the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
