And now introducing the charming and cheerful Carson! Carson is both artistic and athletic. It’s not surprising his favourite subjects in school are art and physical education. Carson also does well in math and science, and he functions at the same level as his peers in all other academic subjects. Carson is a healthy boy who does not have any physical challenges.
This affectionate and helpful boy relates well with children his own age and with adults. Generally he is polite, co-operative, and likes to please. At times he can be defiant, but consequences for poor choices help Carson reconsider his negative actions. Like all children, a good structure and predictable routine contribute to Carson being successful on a daily basis.
As for Neil - happy, outgoing and endearing are just a few words that describe his personality. He likes to play video games, and he loves to listen to music, sing, and hum. Of course his favourite subject in school is music!
A very energetic boy, Neil is very active and he sometimes finds it difficult to focus. He was exposed prenatally to alcohol, and as a result, he has some delays in school. An individualized education plan is in place to help Neil stay on task. When he’s not in school, this athletic boy is biking, swimming or playing hockey.
Neil says he wants to have a father because he’s never had one. He would like a mother who is nurturing and takes good care of him. Both Carson and Neil need a family who is active, and who can provide them with structure and routine. The forever family for these boys needs to accept bi-yearly visits with their birth mom, and be willing to exchange an annual progress report.
