July would prove to be a big celebration month in your house with the addition of these two! This year, both in July, these two little folks will only be one and two. Prepare to celebrate!
Elise is a beautiful little girl who already loves music and children’s shows on TV. She relates well to both adults and children and really is enjoying her play group currently. She is described as cheerful engaging and delightful.
Elise has some physical difficulties that will require ongoing monitoring and involvement with the medical community. She has a diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy and is behind in her gross motor development. Much is unknown with Elise as she is very young and her new family will need to be prepared for a range of outcomes.
Little brother Tate is not yet a year old. His foster family finds him a delightful, typical baby that is alert, appealing and very likeable. Tate has had no difficulty attaching to his caregivers and also loves to be around the other children in the home. He scoots around on his bum and tries his best to keep up. Tate is currently meeting all his developmental milestones but much is yet to be determined about his functioning. His personality so far shows a curious, affectionate little guy that is very engaging.
Both these little people will need ongoing monitoring and the involvement of medical professionals. Many of their challenges and abilities are yet to be determined. Their new family will need to be prepared for some form of openness with some birth family members.
