Jarvis is a special little 10-year-old who is loved by all those who get to know him. He is described as delightful, affectionate, playful and sweet. He loves to swim, loves music and dance and generally loves to be wherever people are. Jarvis gets along really well with both children and adults. He has the benefit of being born with a sunny disposition. You can almost always count on Jarvis’ participation, even if he requires assistance to allow him to do so.

Jarvis is a very keen observer of the children he interacts with. He watches and tries hard to copy what they do. He does require an aid to participate in community activities due to some of his diagnosis. Jarvis’ family will need to explore his limitations with his social worker.

Jarvis would do really well in a family with other children. A non-smoking home would be a better fit for Jarvis. His family would need to prepare themselves to work with the professionals involved in Jarvis’ health plan.
