Josiah has experienced lots of neglect in his past and requires a family willing to put in the time to counteract that. He has some very specific behavioural concerns that would need to be explored between his prospective family and his social worker.

Currently Josiah requires a high level of supervision so would likely do better in a home without children. Some form of openness would need to be explored to keep Josiah attached to his birth family and foster family as he has developed good relationships there. His family would need to be prepared to work with the professionals involved in Josiah’s life to maximize his potential.
