How to Register
All applications to the Adoption Reunion Registry (ARR) must be made by mail. You may download an Acrobat PDF version of the application form by clicking HERE. If you would like an application form mailed to you, please call us at 250 387-3660.
Make sure your returned application contains the following:
- A signed application form, completed to the best of your knowledge;
- A copy of your birth certificate;
- A copy of documents received from Vital Statistics (if you are applying for a search); and
- A cheque or money order for $25 payable to the Minister of Finance, payment by credit card (see Section 3 of Application Form) or a completed Income Test Form (available to those on limited income and available upon request to the ARR office).
- A $250 search fee will be requested at a later date.

The ARR will send you confirmation that your application has been received. We cannot process incomplete applications.
