Your application for child care subsidy is valid for up to one year. Prior to the expiry of this one-year term, you will receive a ‘Child Care Subsidy Notice to Renew’ and a Child Care Subsidy Renewal (CF2901) form with instructions.
If you wish to renew your application for subsidy, please submit the renewal form and any other required documentation to the CCSSC. Please submit this documentation before your subsidy expires to avoid a break in service.
