Assessment and Diagnosis
Complex Developmental Behavioural Conditions (CDBC) Network
Regional Health Authorities in partnership with the Provincial Health Services Authority provide multi-disciplinary assessment services for children with complex developmental behavioural conditions, including children who may have FASD.
The CDBC Network offers assessment services for children and youth who have significant difficulties in multiple areas of function including development and learning, mental health, and adaptive and social skills.

- Youth Justice assessments for youth referred by probation officers in Vancouver Coastal and Fraser Regions.
- Pre-adoption assessments for children referred by MCFD adoption or guardianship workers.
