Consultation Services

The Ministry of Children and Family Development is developing its new FASD support services with the assistance of Diane Malbin, founder of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Consultation, Education and Training Services (FASCETS) in Portland, Oregon.

Any individual or agency involved in the development of FASD services in British Columbia may apply to use Diane Malbin's consultation services without charge.
