Procurement Governance & Policy Team
The Procurement Governance & Policy Team coordinates policy and provides support and advice to the ministry. The team is working to:
- recognize the importance of contracted services in the ministry's business model;
- evaluate current procurement and contract management systems; and
- make procurement and contract management in the ministry a model of best practices and accountability.
Improved contracting practices will ultimately result in the ministry obtaining better value for money and better quality services for its clients.
