On October 31, 2009, the transfer of services for children and youth with special needs from Community Living BC (CLBC) to the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) was completed. MCFD now has responsibility for a full range of intervention and support services for children and youth with special needs and their families.
Descriptions of MCFD-funded services and supports for children and youth with special needs and their families can be found on the main Children and Youth with Special Needs web page.
