For Families Receiving Direct Funding for Children's Services from CLBC

Effective December 1, 2006, the processing of payments for direct funded respite was transferred from the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) to Community Living BC (CLBC). Parents with respite funding agreements should not experience any changes except that cheques (for those who are not receiving direct deposit) will be from CLBC rather than from MCFD.

Payments received by parents through the Autism Funding Programs will continue to originate from MCFD.
